    • In the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags included

    • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation)


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or incorrect installation

  • Items that are physically damaged after delivery

  • Customized or special-order products

  • Items returned after the 5-day return window

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be credited within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment.

  • You will receive a confirmation once the refund is initiated.

  • For all other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
