🔄 Return Policy
We accept returns within 5 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unused and in its original condition
In the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags included
Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation)
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or incorrect installation
Items that are physically damaged after delivery
Customized or special-order products
Items returned after the 5-day return window
💸 Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be credited within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment.
You will receive a confirmation once the refund is initiated.
📦 How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:

Include your order number, the reason for return, and photo(s) of the product (if damaged or incorrect).
We will guide you through the return process, including courier pickup or drop-off instructions.
🚚 Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
For all other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
